Our Job – The Collision Repair Facility
Address your concerns regarding the repair process and assist in making your situation a little less stressful.
Provide a detailed estimate of repairs and explain our payment policies.
Provide a timeline for completion of repairs and keep you informed of changes to that timeline.
Utilize modern up-to-date collision repair equipment and facilities.
Employ properly trained and professional collision repair technicians.
Complete the repair promptly and professionally.
Provide you with an itemized final invoice that accurately reflects the repairs performed.
Provide you with a written warranty.

Your Job – The Vehicle Owner
File the required police and DMV reports.
Take your vehicle to the repair facility of YOUR choice.
Report the claim to your insurer and claim only damage related to the loss.
Review your insurance policy and direct coverage questions to your agent or insurer.
Provide your repairer with copies of any insurance estimates of the damage.
Schedule vehicle repairs and notify repairer of any changes to this schedule.
Arrange payment for repairs performed prior to picking up your vehicle.

Their Job – The Insurance Company
Inform you of your right to choose the collision repair facility.
Process your claim promptly and explain the terms of the policy issued to you regarding the obligations of both the insurer and the insured.
Respond promptly to requests from you or your repairer during the collision repair process.
Arrange payment for all repairs covered under the insurance policy by the time they are completed.
